Is it just me or has Shiv gotten thicker from S2? I mean I would still PIIB but it’s noticeable…

My prediction is it’s just a temporary setback for Kendall. Just a lot of stuff for him to process.

I think it is keeping with the same trend as the first two seasons though... first few episodes were slow and for build up, then around episodes 4/5 are when shite starts to pop off.

I think we are all expecting that from a plot perspective

My gripe is mainly from a character growth perspective

The plot could be fantastic, I hope it is, but the characters are growing more annoying by the episode. They need to give us someone to SOMEWHAT cheer for. At this point, I hope they all burn.

This is an issue with a lot of shows like this. By trying to make the characters “realistic” they make them all unlikeable and you root for none of them and get tired of the show.

This was my biggest gripe with Breaking Bad, hated everyone no one to root for. It was a big issue in Westworld, everyone’s a bad guy. Game of Thrones later seasons had lots of issues but this was one of them, Jon was the only one worth rooting for but he was neutered by Dany. That was one thing The Wire was great at. Somehow they had you rooting for all these characters to succeed even though they were drug dealers, murderers, crooked cops, adulterers, etc… You still connected with them and wanted them to be okay.

So I agree, at some point soon Succession needs to give us someone to root for or the style is going to get annoying and we will start to lose interest.

the whole thing was a test

they thought they were there to pitch Aronson, but he has them there to get a closer look and he did not like what he saw

down 10% of his 4% being $350 million, I dont blame him one bit

tom wants to get naked with greg, no question

In the first season I was convinced Tom would get wasted at his bachelor party and end up making a pass at Greg.

Tom is going to take a deal with the government

He’s in a loveless marriage and works for a family that shits on him non-stop

Sure feels like it.

The sooner the day comes for him, the more anxious he will get and realize the roys are only looking out for themselves and don’t care about him and will let him gladly take the fall

Solid episode, IMO.

Did Roman call Ken, "Wokeahontas"? LMAO.

Also some really great stuff from Greg and Tom, and between Greg and Logan.

I thought for a second Logan was actually going to die, that would have been a huge twist.

Great episode. The promo for next week looks like shite is about to get real.

I felt so uncomfortable when Tom was trying to get Greg to wrestle him. tom will definitely flip sides.

The Logan and Greg scene was top tier.

Little Lord frickelroy

The most I ever smiled in the show was when Logan called Shiv and basically told her to stay the frick out of everyones business.

I thought that was just me. I don't know if it's Shiv the character or Sarah Snook the actress but I'm sick of her face and voice and I hope she gets steamrolled this season. I noticed it last week but it seems like all she ever does is furrow her eyebrows and repeat the line back to the character who spoke it in a smartass voice. I love seeing Tom finally clap back at her and Logan reaming her out the first time she tried to throw her weight around was fantastic
