I think this is still set in the “Prometheus universe” as a sequel to Covenant. People may be confusing this with the Alien TV series in the works now by Noah Hawley (Fargo) who has said it will disregard the bio weapon xenomorph origin in Prometheus entirely. ...

Yea my main complaint early on was what I felt was corny dialogue. But in hindsight I think it was merely Austin Butler’s corny arse. Show has been very good overall. ...
