I too think it'd be quite the mistake to go back solo. I know a lot of people's gripes on Holland's spidey is he always has another MCU character in his films...but that's just the trend of MCU movies going forward (Strange 2 has Scarlet Witch! GOTG3 will prob have Thor!)
I, for one, think it makes the larger uni- (multi?) verse more digestible if there are mini-appearances in every movie.

It’s just a matter of being as realistic as possible when it comes to so many characters knowing each other and being so close. The audience will want to know “well, where is this hero at to help out? Don’t they live in NY too?” Or “isn’t this threat large enough that this hero would get involved?” Just about every movie and show has had to address this when the villain is too strong/destructive.

it would definitely help. Sets up the main plot but the first few seconds of the movie kind of recaps it

I think Spider-Man: Far From Home is a great watch and you should watch it before NWH because it will make you appreciate Peter's journey exponentially more.

Can anyone change my mind that the Doctor Strange who we see in NWH is not THE Doctor Strange? There's something there to be discussed for sure.

I thought so at first watching the trailer it wasn't him but after watching the movie i think it's really Stephen. Nothing he did was totally out of character.

Not really. That leak is dookie. Probably someone glanced over an early draft of the movie.

Thank you, this video cleared up pretty much all of my questions.
I loved everything about this movie. I'll echo what a lot of others have said in that it really made me appreciate Garfield as Spidey. He was excellent.
I was also hoping for a little nugget of Tobey seeing J. Jonah Jameson in Holland's universe and saying something like "Well, he's still the same."
One question I have is about Scarlet Witch. Exactly how powerful are we expecting her to be post-WandaVision? By learning the Darkhold, is she susceptible to Strange's spells? Might be a dumb question, I just honestly don't know much about the "magic" side of Marvel comics.
I was just thinking about the beings in the MCU that may not have forgetten who Peter Parker is. Not that I expect her to have much impact on the next Spiderman.

Yea as others have pointed out I think the post-credits trailer of Multiverse of Madness reveal a bizarro Strange exists but was not in NWH

saw it last night. i was hyped going into it and met all my expectations.
stayed away from all spoilers so seeing daredevil was awesome. we all knew it was gonna be 3 spideys but still great to see it finally.
i was hoping venom would show up, which he kinda did. not sure where it goes with that from here.
Are w getting future holland as spidey? i thought i read somewhere he was saying this may be his last outing. all BS?
