That would be amusing.
I’m a little worried about how I have no idea where they are going to go with Rey now. Time jump perhaps? How long? Really can’t do Star Wars without Rey in it right now so JJ better not frick it up.

It’s not fricked till it’s over. If Lucas could have saved the prequels by making Revenge of The Sith good (he didn’t) then JJ can do the same with 9.

If Rey wakes up back on the island to begin her training with Luke and it was all a dream then maybe.
Of maybe Abrams can just go with the ole they all died on the starkiller base and they have been in purgatory.

Yeah, and where has the struggle been on this journey? Rey should be at her lowest point now narrative wise, but she is not. She’s just powerful and that’s it. At least the prequels got this point right, even if laughably so.
