That makes me think, Eggers would do a killer Beowulf adaptation.

Between Jason Blum making slasher movies as close to masterpieces as they can be, the Conjuring Universe staying solid among a few others, and Eggers doing his thing with folklore we’re in the middle of a mainstream horror renaissance. It’s an awesome time to be a fan of this genre.


God only knows what kind of sexual undertones Eggers can drop into a werewolf movie

I will watch any movie that Eggers directs. Take my money. On a side note, I would love to see him direct a Witcher movie. I still think that universe has unlimited potential if done right. He would be absolutely perfect for that IP.
