It may be easier to name shows that don't hold up. I'd pose that most, if not all, of the great shows of the last 30 years are still enjoyable.

I find the Mary Tyler Moore / Bob Newhart spinoffs to be unwatchable. Friends too.

Never thought Seinfeld was funny.

Some great ones have been mentioned.

I’d add:
Scrubs
Married With Children
WKRP
Bewitched
Mary Tyler Moore show
MASH (earlier seasons)

A few old sitcoms (like Frasier and early 3rd Rock from the Sun)

"Old"

The 70s, frankly, was a new Golden Age for sitcoms. Don't get me wrong, I do dig the "classic" classics, I Love Lucy, Honeymooners, Gilligan, Jeannie, Bewitched, Brady Bunch, etc., but the 70s had all the Lear shows (All in the Family, Jeffersons, Good Times - I was never crazy about Maude), and also Sanford and Son, M*A*S*H, WKRP, SOAP, Barney Miller, Taxi, The Bob Newhart Show - it was just a helluva time to be a sitcom fan.

Obviously, the 80s had Cheers and Cosby as dominant forces, and a lot of great shows there, too, but I just don't think that decade had the quantity of great shows that the 70s did.

We have been watching King of queens, Raymond and one other?. But damn they always are arguing or yelling. I guess that was a thing. Just is annoying now.

The apparent definition of “old”sitcoms is freaking me out a little.

Seinfeld
Sanford & Son. There is nothing funnier on TV than when Aunt Esther enters Fred’s house.

Get Smart, created by Mel Brooks and Buck Henry.

And 8-year-old me was in love with 99.

Oh, and F Troop; ditto with Wrangler Jane.

The Golden Girls is still great.

We started watching it while on vacation during Mardi Gras and then found out Hulu has all the episodes once we got back home. Think we are some where in season 3 right now. Great show.

Great shows, but definitely not sitcoms.

The Dick Van Dyke Show and the Mary Tyler Moore Show are two of the funniest things ever conceived by mankind.
