Gonna def be interesting to see how they go from here. Honestly, I think the ride is over. I just cant see them sustaining the momentum theyve built the past 10 years going forward without Tony and Steve. More than that but I believe fan fatigue will set in at some point and there arent many actors/characters that can be brought in to keep us interested for another decade.

Spot on. My exact thoughts. They’ll keep making them but they’ll start declining rapidly without RDJ and Evans. I think Phases 1-3 will be regarded in the same vein as the Star Wars Original Trilogy and Phase 4 and beyond as the Prequels. They’ll eventually do Secret Wars, which might be the last Avengers movie and they’ll try and bring everyone back for one last ride. But, to me, it’s all over except for Guardians 3.

Which is why I’m extra sad and depressed, not just for Tony and Steve, but because now I have to realize that this really was the end for this journey that I started at 15 when I saw Iron Man in theaters 3 different times. The first time I had done something like that. It’s hard to say good bye

I think they wrapped this up to say that it's over for a while until they know who wants to return for future movies and see what they can do.

See, I just don’t think that’s the case. This wasn’t an Iron Man 3 ending where it could go either way. Tony is dead and Steve is 80 years old.

Changing that or including them in any future movies just undermines their story arcs and while I want to see them again in the MCU, it just wouldn’t be right

The time travel is really really confusing but if you dissect there’s not as many plot holes as you would think at first. The really only big one is cap going back and staying but maybe he stayed in that timeline until his Peggy died then used his last Pymm tube thingy to shoot back to the current timeline and wait on that bench

I just thought of this. Thor could have gotten the Tesseract from Odin’s vault while on Asgard. It would have still resulted in the same 3 main time jumps- 2012, 2013, 2014.

Not sure what you mean. Do you think there won't be any more Marvel movies?

Most likely the new line up will consist of

Spider-Man,

There's no guarantee Marvel's going to be able hang on to him. It's very possible FFH is the last time you'll see him in the MCU.

would be a damn shame. Tom Holland is the best Spiderman we have ever had. I would love to see what the MCU can do with the property as they transition Peter into one of the leaders of the Avengers.

I hated Cap Marvel even more in this. Her cockiness was not appealing at all.

Spot on. My wife said she was “arrogant” and didn’t care for her at all.

Captain Marvel came across as a dud from Endgame

Just standing there with his arm out like wtf??!!

That's why Cap took it with him, isn't it? To put it back, along with the aether, at the exact time it was taken, isn't it?

Lol I noticed how skinny her arms were also.

I think they keep the Avengers movies going, it’s such a huge brand name now but if they build the next one around Captain Marvel that will be a massive miscalculation.

That fricking retard omlandshark posted in this spoiler thread about iron man dying then started a thread talking about he hasn't read any spoilers but he knows iron Man and cap are done

I thought they were both going to die (Cap before Iron Man) and Bucky was going to take up the Captain America mantle. I didn’t read shite, it was just clear both those actors were done with this franchise, and you have to be as you put it a “fricking retard” to have not seen that coming.

Steve is 106. He was born in 1917.

Notice how young Peggy looked in 1970 even though she was in her 50s.

I don't have a problem with the short hair. That's been her look in the comics for over 10 years.

I'm disappointed we didn't get to see Rocket's reaction to a Flerkin.

Eh I think they'll be fine. Most likely the new line up will consist of

Spider-Man, Hulk, Captain Marvel, Ant-Man, Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Falcon, and Bucky.

There’s also this other guy that is slightly more popular than everyone but Spider-Man

The black panther.

Who do you think is going to trick everyone’s suits out now that Tony stark isn’t around? That’s Shuri’s job now.
