Most likely, Disney Marvel is trans-baiting the audience. She'll likely look like normal Nebula we've seen from the first 2 movies. Only in the latest poster art, she's seen with a plank of wood chest. It's designed to create this very sort of controversy. Probably because the movie itself isn't very good.

The real issue isn’t how she looks in real life, but how she has been portrayed in the Guardians of the Galaxy series. (Additionally, in other projects as well.) But the point I am making is that the artist clearly are deemphasizing her feminine features in that last poster. Not only is she void of any curves up top, her hips are also straight and blocky.
Never was I trying to make the point that Karen Gillan and Christina Hendricks would be confused for each other.
