I took the lint from the dryer and...I must confess...I made love to it!

You like it? It's Vaseline! I can feel it...squishing between my toes!

Striptease was some great Burt.

I can one up you. A movie that every human on the planet hates.

The Box.

Loved it. Super weird movie. No real answers because answers wouldn't be good enough to explain the weirdness.

I will admit to Cameron Diaz having the worst southern accent... maybe ever... close second Julie Benz in Boondock Saints 2.

If you like Elmore Leonard, this movie will hit for you. The humor is great, but it's not guffawing or gross. Just a lot of goofiness.

Also Sarah Foster was so hot in this movie. So darn hot.

Saw it in the theater. Man I loved that movie. I wanted a sequel so bad but it never happened.

I think the people who saw it, liked it. It was killed by marketing. I would say marketing mistakes, but I don't think they were mistakes at all.

Disney needed John Carter to fail, so they could convince the board to shell out the money to buy Lucasfilm. It was stated several times that they wanted a tentpole scifi franchise; some board members wanted to do things in-house so they made JC. If that had done well, they'd likely have stuck with it. But it bombed miserably, because "everyone" said it was bad.
I would say it was a precursor to what we see in politics now.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park. It was not well liked when it came out but is so much better than any of the new trilogy. I always enjoyed it.

Same. The first is the best movie obviously but this one will always be my favorite. I don't even consider this new JW trash as part of the JP franchise.

I’ll second those choices. Both of those movies seemingly got a lot of hate from
critics, but I find both to be very entertaining and rewatchable.

remarkably most of the crichton adaptations were pretty poorly received though I liked them. Sphere, Congo, Timeline etc are all very rewatchable.

I loved john Carter, saw it in the theater and was thrilled to see the story come to life.

Another good one is the ladykillers
