Yeah he was fricked by the man and would have lost it all.
He really wasn't that bad. He didn't want to kill people or take over the world. He just wanted to sell the weapons too people that did.

Lotso was just a dick. The same shite happened to the clown, and he didn’t snap like he did. Lotso is just civil when he’s in control, and is a complete monster if he isn’t.
