I believe I’ve pinpointed it to the movie Bullet with 2Pac. Everything before that was normal. Then he looked like a melted candle. What say the M/TV board?

I liked him in Wild Orchid (1989), though I enjoyed Carré Otis more.

on what planet was he so high that he looked at this and said yes to his plastic surgeon, "thats the look i want to look like"

Thats pretty wild to see in chronological order. He looked normal for the first 38 years, and then it looks like he did a few cycles, HGH and started with the plastic surgery.
I didn't even recognize him before 40.

Holy shite I thought that was a mask not his actual face.

No homo but Rourke was a good looking dude back in the day. Why the hell did he do that to himself.

Really I think it's Man on Fire. He was normal in 2004 and then around 2005-06, he was a plastic mask.

It looked like he was aging fairly normally until about mid 40s. Makes sense. shite got real rough for him personally in the 90s and he was in boxing around that time too.

it reminds me of the faces of those unfortunate people with severe burns and have no skin or face left
and that idiot paid someone to do that to him

I used to get him and Bruce Willis confused way back in the day. Then he started fricking with his face. Bruce meanwhile aged gracefully.
