The Rainmaker? He still looked sort of normal in that.

Hi !

I have been a big Mickey Rourke fan for a long time. I think your right though. He started looking odd and acting a bit odd after the film Bullet. I think that film is a bit odd. It is very strange. He doesn't seem like the man we grew up with. Either he has had plastic surgery addiction or I don't know what.

Some people (especially those who were very good looking when young) have trouble letting go and aging gracefully. And then once you start down that path of plastic surgery you kind of have to stay on it or you will start looking really bad really fast. Sad that some people put so much stock in how they look.

His face got fricked up due to boxing then he hired the worst plastic surgeon to fix it and the rest was all downhill.

I am not one of these conspiracy lunatics but there is a video on the internet which I assume is legit. It is a TMZ video of Mickey talking to a hollywood reporter on a busy street corner. I have always thought it was a bit off. I have seen Mickey Rourke being interviewed by people like Jonathan Ross. If you watch that video from TMZ anyone from the 1980's or 1990's who was smart would think - that can't be him.

What a random bump.

Yes, quite...and it definitely seems a bit ESL in it's wording.

But yeah...I always understood it as Rourke fricking up his face boxing after attempting to leave Hollywood at the height of his stardom or whatever. Then having to fix the results of that.

I'm curious if any of the hair on his head, facial or otherwise, is real hair. It all looks fake as frick.
