DC needs to chill with the grandiose plans, or at least making them public, before they even release one movie of the "Gunn era"
When Iron Man came out, we didn't know anything about Phase 1 or even the MCU at that point. There were hints, but nothing was set in stone.

The problem for DC is that Hollywood loathes the values of its franchise characters. They can’t write Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman because they hate what those characters stand for.
