To ask why you’d change a story like that besides the reasons I gave makes no sense? Again you have no answer and want to hit eject asap on that question. We know why so like I said, it’s what I expected from you.

I literally answered your question. I don't know why you can't understand my very obvious answer.
If I had to guess, he did it because he simply wants to and can do it. Helen Fielding loved Pride and Prejudice but wanted to make a "loose" adaptation and that's how we got a zillion Bridget Jones Diary movies and went so far to cast Colin Firth the way she did.

No you did not, you said I don’t know. You dodged for obvious reasons. Comparing the odyssey to Bridget jones diary is just silly you goose. Nolan said he didn’t want an orchestra style score or music because orchestras didn’t exist back then. He then says Travis Scott will have a scene with trap music in it because this is a poem, how we hand stories down, and rap is the poetry of the modern day. So what I’ve said is correct, you may not care, you’ve said so and that’s fine but you’re arguing against something you and Nolan have admitted which really does make no sense.

I didn't dodge. I gave you a direct answer. I do not know why he casts the way he does. Neither do you. You can make an educated guess, but unless you're him or you have a direct quote from him for why he has made the casting he has, you don't know either.
You're trying to play gotcha with a question that can't can be definitively answered by anyone here.

Not playing gotcha, didn’t mention casting. Talked about the story changes and conflicting statements he made about why. You’re just not honest about anything
