With this in mind Party Down
Selfishly old Scrubs, not the new crap they made

CBS never gave it a chance. They moved it something like 12 times on the schedule in it's 4 year run.

Another good one. But the cast leaving for other shows had more to do with it ending than anything
Hope they make the movie

I just watched this the last week or so, and at first I was very "meh" about it, but i got pretty hooked on it. I'd have loved another season.

I think Family Ties could be great in today's political climate.
But, easy answer is Seinfeld. Most other shows ran their course.

According to Jim. I don't think 180 episodes was quite enough time for that show to develop and get its POV across.
On a serious note, short lived shows I wish lasted longer would be Better Off Ted and The Tick (live action).
Sitcoms with a full run that I would like back: Cheers and Saved by the Bell.

I was torn between Seinfeld and Friends but I have to say that I thought Friends was better overall.
No,just no.

I would say Seinfeld. I think it's style would allow it to go on for a long time before it got stale.
And not a sitcom but i would love to get about 10 more minutes of sopranos.
