It’s one of the few movies that successfully transports you to a time and place. The cinematography is unmatched.
Before seeing that movie, I never though deserts could be so beautiful. Also, if you've never seen a picture of T.E. Lawrence, it is uncanny how much Peter O'Toole favors him. So many times actors have to go through extensive makeup sessions to capture the look of the person they are portraying. O'Toole just needed the wardrobe.

Unless you are into the history of film, I’d say you are cool with skipping these.
Nah, they're all good movies.

Citizen Kane.
For many years it's been billed as the greatest movie ever made.
I've collected movies for many years. Own a little over 4,000 DVD's and Blu-Rays. Totally bizarre that I haven't seen it.
I think I'm afraid of being disappointed.

I would say if you get the chance watch The Daniel day Lewis version from 92?
I told my friend to watch it and it was on Prime. He called me and told me it was awful and he couldn’t watch anymore. I called him an idiot and asked how he couldn’t like DDL in it. Apparently there is a 1950s b&w version.

Lawrence of Arabia
I need to watch this movie.
I was watching some Spielberg documentary awhile back and he gushed over how much Lawrence of Arabia impacted him and how he became a director
