That's the same price as YoutubeTV after the increase and YoutubeTV is great.

I'm probably out since it's been a $20 price hike since I started...

I'm still in but that's a pretty big fricking jump. I left Cox because of their almost constant price hikes and will leave Hulu if another services comes along with their selection + Live locals for a lower price.

No difference in cord-cutting vs cable pricing now

I’ve given up on all live tv. I’m only in during the football months. The rest of the year I’m out

Streaming services were great as a cheap alternative to cable. As expected they are now approaching cable prices. This was just a matter of time.
Your best bet is to not pay for streaming services like this and instead use an antenna for live tv. Use HULU and such for the non live tv streaming platforms to get those shows and such that you like. It's what I do, and I am happy with that setup.

If you're mad at YouTube or Hulu for these price increases you are mad at the wrong folks.
The ones causing the price increases are the programmers just like they did with cable providers.

I tried Hulu for a month after YouTube upped their prices. I went back immediately. This makes that decision even better for me. I don't know how anyone could keep Hulu when YTTV is the same price.

Speaking of, anyone have any good attic antenna recommendations? I put one up there a few years back and it is OK, but not great. I think I'm leaving channels on the table. I'm in the prairieville area if that matters.

The only way to save any money cutting the chord now is to share passwords

Agree
It's basically become:
Efficient, easy to start/cancel/move/etc. with less variety
vs.
Cumbersome, obnoxious to change/cancel/etc. with more variety
For the same money

Yeah frick that.
Also, am I doing something wrong? I pay for the the top package and some stations I still get commercials when watching show I missed live.

Just got the email. I got hulu originally for the history channel (not included with YTTV). Now I'm not sure what to do.

Not to mention that YouTube’s price includes unlimited dvr and fast forwarding. You have to pay an extra $10 on Hulu to up your dvr space and fast forward through commercials.

Same here. You can easily find a decent stream for whatever game you're trying to watch too. (I stream redzone every sunday and just airplay my computer to the tv)
We cancelled YoutubeTV last month after their latest price increase. I have not missed it at all.
