A parody doesn't have to satirize a specific work. It can be a take on a genre.

Satire and parody is a pretty close line. Black Dynamite is definitely a satire/parody of the blaxsploitation genre.

Its more of a modern blaxploitation movie along the lines of Dolemite. If anything is a parody, its Dolemite. That movie is straight up stupid, but still great.
