Best in Show
God I love this movie. It not only nails the crazy Kennel shows...
It nails so many other things...and types...that would be attracted to dog shows.
It looks at Kennel shows and says this is sort of phony and then illustrates phony people.

Anything with Mel Brooks, not the Dracula Dead and Loving it.
Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles, Men in Tights (so great/at times my favorite movie), You already mentioned Spaceballs
A hidden Brooks movie that is actually one of my favorites is High Anxiety (maybe not quite a parody, but hilarious)
Also, I love the Wayans stuff
they did Scary Movie 1 and 2 (different writers took over for 3 and beyond)
and they did A Haunted House 1 and 2 (which I really find funny.. but it didn't do well at the theater..) Father Doug is hilarious.
and they did Don't Be a Menace..
Black Dynamite is HILARIOUS
There is a parody movie I also love that not many people know of called The Comebacks..
It spoofs all the sports movies and scandals.. etc.
Perhaps not parodies, but I also highly recommend
Tucker and Dale vs Evil and
Sex Drive.
Good point, then Blazing Saddles is definitely one and I HIGHLY recommend it.
What We Do in the Shadows (I never saw, but many love it)
Fired Up! (I never really watched, but I suppose it could be considered a parody for cheerleader genre?)

A parody doesn't have to satirize a specific work. It can be a take on a genre.

All the classics are great but I watched never stop never stopping and that movie cracked me up. It seems like it gets hated on a lot for some reason

It is. It is a parody of the movie industry and the classic redemption story and boy meets girl story.
I don't agree with that, but if you say so.

Wrongfully Accused
This one is solid gold. So many Leslie Nielsen fans have never even heard of it.
You're right. Lots of good quotes from that one.
"Don't move, I've got a gun. Not here, but I got one. Frightened?"
"Shoot and gut every animal in the park. Their stomachs might contain something that could be a clue. Donate the meat to charity. The hides can be turned into warm socks for the poor. Grind up the bones for dog food. I want nothing wasted."

The scene where he has to sign the guy's dick is one of the hardest times I've ever laughed at a movie.
And I almost forgot my favorite parody film ever, National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1. Hilarious from start to finish and had an A-list cast for the time. Samuel L. Jackson, Emilio Estevez, William Shatner, Tim Curry, Kathy Ireland, Denis Leary, Jon Lovitz, etc. I highly recommend if you haven't seen it.

UHF
A movie that parodies every TV genre of the 80's.
Third page and no UHF makes me disappointed in this board.

Can’t believe we’ve gone 3 pages and nobody has mentioned “Mafia!” yet.
