As for Olena, maybe not Olena but Miss Peel would come in at top of list.
Ellia Sand was gorgeous til she cut off that hair. Aged her ten years and I would've put her in top ten with long hair.

I've been watching the first episodes of the series and it's amazing how much foreshadowing they put into it way back then: Jon showing leadership from the start; his closeness to Arya and Bran; Ned and Cat's apprehension at going to King's Landing; Tyrion and Jamie both mentioning White Walkers so early on (they mention them right along with Wildlings when talking about the Night's Watch)', Tyrion's friction with Cersei and Joffrey; Tyrion telling Jamie he loves his family; Jamie looking out for Tyrion, etc. etc.
