I liked what someone posted on here the other day, that she will turn Sweetrobin against LF by telling him how his mother really died.
That's solid.

Sansa has got to do something. That smile was wiped off her face pretty damn quick when she looked over to LF pouting, leaning up against the wall. She knows he is pissed, and that is a very dangerous thing.

My biggest complaint about the whole episode is that they didn't even show the White Walkers at all. Best ending would have shown them at the Wall then ended the episode. Otherwise, solid episode.

I haven't seen a lot of discussion of it yet for good reason but the Danny + Tyrion was really cool. You could see how much getting the Hand pin meant to him.

I think Arya kills Littlefinger.
She was in KL when Ned was executed. She probably knows he was responsible.

Only thing that would make it more awesome is if she did it disguised as Sansa. Problem is, she'd have to kill her, right?

I don't quite understand why he's so pissed in the first place. He wants the Iron Throne. Not Winterfell.
And he wants Sansa by his side to take it.

I agree the focus seems off since Bran and Meera's narrow escape from the cave and rescue by Benjen/Coldhands - however, I think they have to make it to the wall first - if only barely ahead. And, may be budget issues as well. White Walkers probably hit the CGI budget like Direwolves, giants and dragons do. They decided to make that scene a quickie, then get the R+L=J all out in the open for the offseason (for the Hodors). I'm good with it, but I do feel the final 13 episodes (if that's what we're going to get) are going to feel pretty rushed. Dorne's back as a time burglar (maybe it will be quick and merciful) - but the storylines are fairly well consolidated - we'll have a North/Wall, some Iron Islands (and it will have to merge with other storylines as well), a KL (and now there's no time budget for Tommen, Margery, HS, etc.), and a "Cersei opposition" faction, which will be mainly Dany, with Yara/Theon, Dorne and what's left of the Tyrells in support.
Doable, but rushed. Interesting to see what happens when both Varys and LF are back in the game full-time.

If the thinks about it just a little - this helps him. Sansa isn't tied to WF, but has its support. The King in the North doesn't matter to LF if he wants to run things at KL, particularly if that king is his ally and feels grateful for his support.
But even Sansa doesn't trust him and no living person knows him better (except maybe Varys).

Exactly, dude needs to chill the frick out before he gets hurt. He never wanted Winterfell.

So have we figured out Jon's name yet? I'm pretty surprised the Internet hasn't conducted a CSI analysis on that scene by now.

I think Jaime would be a little bit harder to kill and she knows it.

Very interesting that Tywin Lannister was Aerys Targaryen's Hand of the King and now Tyrion is Dany's Hand..

IMO last week's episode was more satisfying than this one. But this week's episode was better just by advancing the story and putting end game stuff into high gear.

from a filming/execution perspective, I agree
from a story/writing perspective, I disagree...strongly

Tl;dr; Don't blame the show, Martin didn't think through timelines and ages at all.
The show did a better job with time earlier in the series. Lately they just stop giving a frick about it and quit giving the illusion going great distances. It's just sloppy.

Last week I was at lunch with some coworkers discussing Battle of the Bastards. My boss told us his son watches GoT(son is 12, boss is a very strict dad).
Me: "Really? You let your son watch that?"
Boss: "yeah, why is it vulgar?"
Me: "Extremely."
Boss: (worried look on his face) "Oh um, he told us it was like the movie where they send the kids to fight."
Me: "You mean the Hunger Games? Naw, not even close."
Boss: "Is there lots of nudity?"
Me: " Pretty much every 5 mins. Just about every actress on the show has shown her boobs. Main character is banging his sister, etc."
Boss: " Oh damn. I've never seen it. I mean he goes back in his room and watches it on his iPad."
Me: "I bet he does."
