Did the night king have a draft for old white hair and white bearded dudes or something? I always see alot of those guys in his army especially on horseback? All you book readers is there any back stories on this?

To be honest, I don't think the books have made it far enough to truly explain them.

There is probably some subtle hints, because George writes his story with a lot of layers, but if so we aren't far enough along to expose those layers.

Their physical appearance in the show probably means nothing though.

I have just noticed pretty much everything they kill the people or things keep their appearance but usually when they show the night king with his generals they have the same appearances.

With the exception of the Nights King I think all the white walkers are sons of Craster (the ones he was just leaving out in the woods, like he would have for Little Sam).

Not sure if they just rapidly age or transform after he turns them or what but it's probably part of why they all look relatively the same.

It’s probably easier/cheaper to create one CGI white walker and then copy and paste him a bunch of times than it is creating a bunch of unique ones.

It’s probably just the simplest way to show a difference between whites and WW’s

Night King is clearly sexist. No female generals. What a douchebag

Read a theory Online that says the Night King was created to control the White Walkers and thus be able to create them. So it would make sense if they all created and not really born then the would all look a like.

The Night's King in the books and the Night King in the show are different characters

In the book the 13th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch fell in love with a White Walker, married her, and declared himself the Night's King. 12 of his Night Watch men went with him, he was defeated by combined forces of Brandon Stark and the Night's Watch.

The catechism says that the white walkers were created in NK’s image.

I don't think this is true. Certainly not in the show. Craster's sons are very possibly a part of the army of the dead, but we don't have any real evidence that it's made up of exclusively Craster's sons. Just the mere fact that the army is made up of 1000s of soldiers disproves this theory. Plus the fact that we've seen many other dead bodies turned into wights.

I am fairly sure that the army of the dead is made up of thousands of years worth of people killed by the night king and his followers, and the army has just built up over time for much longer than Craster's lifespan.

The teenage WW were too rebellious and are currently throwing a house party in the Ice Castle.

I think he was referring to white walkers only and not the wights. If I'm not mistaken, we haven't seen how the white walkers come to be. There are thousands of wights, but we haven't seen that many white walkers

Ah, well if so than that's my mistake. I was using the terms interchangeably although you're right that they aren't necessarily the same thing.

We know the NK was created by the Children of the Forrest and he has the ability to turn babies at least in WWs. But yeah we’ve only seen a small handful of WWs.
