disagree. he's never seen her, he doesn't know she escaped KL. He may figure she's FOS and Northern highborn, but there's no evidence anywhere that she's Stark. Littlefinger even had a chance to out her, but didn't.

as a corollary, compare her to the nurse who interacts with Rob. same shite

a northern noble who is hiding her ID after being captured works both ways

Im not sure he knows fully that she is a Stark, but i would bet in an upcoming episode, someone mentions something to him in passing that will trigger that thought very quickly.

I too like the scenes between them. Ayra is smart for her age, but he sees right through it. He one-ups her nearly every time. Even if he doesn't say anything, you know what he is thinking.

Did they ever find Benjen Stark? I don't remember that they ever found out anything except for his horse riding back to the wall. If not, possible king of the Wildlings?

No sign of Benjen Stark.

They keep referring to the king as Mance Rayder. So unless he changed his name, Benjen Stark is not the king of the wildlings.

I think that Tyrion knew it before last night. I was more shocked at Brienne's lack of reaction when Jamie admitted it, but I guess she is a stoic character.

Everyone knew prior to last night's show.
Stannis sent letters through out the 7 kingdoms that the children were Jamie's.

Theon's facial expression at the end was very weird. Like he knew he was fricked.

yea it was almost like he was surprised to see burned bodies there instead of simply hanged?

A few weeks ago I was critical of the decision to have Rickon sitting next to Bran noisily cracking nuts while Bran dealt with his vassals. I thought it was distracting. In hindsight it was great foreshadowing, in particular solving one man's problem by sending him two orphans. Clearly a great use of Checkhov's gun type of technique. It got me wondering what else has been shown that is seemingly irrelevant only to be important later on. On my first re-read I was amazed about the amount of foreshadowing, one early case was the fact that the mother direwolf the Starks found had been killed by a stag, as it had an antler stuck in its throat.

Not at all. It was only way to display the false bodies of Bran and Rickon. All of the residents of Winterfell know the two litle Lords by sight. Theon is covering his tracks for failing to capture them. As he said, he would rather look cruel than weak. The idiot has managed to do both IMO.

let me just say i doubt that little motley crew could take the dire wolf + hordor + the wildling + the man who owned the house

The only 3 fighters in that group is the Direwolves and Osha.

Yeah, but there is no strength like retard strength.

But the look on his face was so strange. Like he was surprised...I'm not sure what kind of look that was. maybe it was just bad acting?
At any rate, I took it to be a surprised look...

It was forshadowing of Ned dying in Kings Landing at the command of Joffrey, who regardless of who is legitimate father is, is legally a Baratheon.

Direwolf which is the Sigil of House Stark killed by Stag sigil of House Baratheon.

And it actually forshadowed the death of Robert as well considering the Direwolf killed the stag as well.

Maybe he expected it to be head's on spikes?

If so, that would give credence to a theory in the Book thread about a character which was supposed to be here by now but isn't.

Of both worlds of the GOT and ASOIaF Arya is the toughest and truest character. I would love to see her as Queen one day.

She is like part Jaime, part Varys and all Stark.

She is bad arse as a child. Like Hit-Girl.
