I agree the leak witch hunts are getting insane and people should chill. Some predictions are going to be right even without any spoilers.

Isn't there a difference between NK doing the "rise up" and raising them as wights vs touching something and making it a white walker? We saw that he touches the face of Craster's babies and turns them into his white walker "officers" if you will. I'd think being touched by him gives you some more elite power than a brainless wight

Could be an interesting distinction, but Craster's son's were alive whenever they were turned. Maybe there is also a alive vs. dead at the time of contact distinction as well.

Assuming this isn't merely some oversight in writing, having the chains on hand would indicate premeditation in acquiring a dragon. The Night King foresaw those events happening.

leaving the 2 smaller dragons for Jon and Dany, with Jon getting the larger of the two
A) Why would you assume that Jon gets the larger of the two and B) What does it matter? Just curious.

Nitpicks never bother me unless they're too stupid. I can nitpick some great movies and tv shows

Yea, I learned a long time ago to just suspend disbleif and go with it for any show, unless it's so outrageous you just can't get over it.

It's been mentioned, I think, about the small group of dudes fighting what seemed like thousands of warriors. Yea, that was entirely unrealistic, but that sorta thing just doesn't bother me any more.

My favorite, again also been mentioned, the moment I saw it I was like, "Where the did the NK and his crew get those big arse chains from!!"

I just watched the making of the episode stuff for last night's episode, and it's incredible.

Apparently D&D had been fighting to get the bear for 4 seasons but were told it was too expensive.

too big or too many...otherwise I can handle plot holes and nitpicks.

the dark knight is a great example. the plot falls apart under the most abstract scrutiny, but the editing is so good it moves on before you can think about it.

then there's batman v. superman. lex luther's plan is about as convoluted as the joker's from the dark knight, but it falls apart because the movie sucks so badly

Where did they get armor and everything else they have? I get the feeling they are more capable than we have assumed them to be.

But yeah, it felt like a bit of a reach.

This may have been covered, but can someone explain how John and the boys go past the wall to battle the white walkers, and don't bring weapons made of dragon glass, which they have just mined???

They do. At least Jorah does.

I think this conversation pretty much sets up Dany's destiny. Even though I love her as a character and really want her to rule with Jon, I think she sacrifices herself for the good of the realm in the battle with the NK. That's the bittersweet ending GRRM has been talking about.

The discussion about succession sets up her eventual death, and she will naturally name Jon (who we know is the rightful heir anyway) as the next in line.

Honestly, this made that whole thing TOO obvious. Telegraphed the end of the show, big time.

I think they have glass, but haven't yet converted it into weapons.

I thought the fact that there just happened to be one dead guy left after Jon killed the White Walker was the most ridiculous plot hole or whatever you want to call it. How freaking convenient.

They really like force feeding their "foreshadowing" to the viewer until it seems pretty obvious.

Jon doesn't need one, he has Valyrian steel. Jorah is dual wielding dragon glass daggers. Thoros and Beric have flaming swords that (presumably) kill wights/WWs. Gendry (then Sandro) has a hammer that will work really well on Wights (if not WWs).

It looks like the weapons wielded by a number of the wilding dudes are using dragon glass strapped to sticks.

There was also a point where the Hound swapped out Gendry's hammer for 2 smaller hand weapons. At first I thought it was for speed, but they were probably made of dragon glass.

It felt like some sort of trap to me, but the predictive power to realize that a dragon was going to show up etc etc etc is pretty crazy.

It would explain what the WWs have been doing since S5E10.
