I thought the movie was dumb, but original.

Pixar has been coming up with some dud films. Just poorly written.

There's a 'woke trick' where if they check enough boxes the creators insulate themselves from criticism. "We got lesbian moms, people of color, etc." = we win.

Anyone bashing the crap films is racist or sexist.

Then they go make the next one.

You'd think a corporation would just chase profit and fire anyone with a different agenda but the rot sets in the HR department. Can't get rid of the incompetents so the company just eventually goes bankrupt.

Toy Story 4 was terrible. Frozen 2 also terrible.

Once they got rid of John Lasseter, writing was on the wall the quality would go down the tubes.

I would not say TS4 was terrible, but it was completely unnecessary. Frozen became a cash cow, but the 2nd wasn’t nearly as good as the first. Guarantee they change up the characters to represent LGBQT and blacks since according to Hollywood they make up the majority of the population and think that they are not accepted.

I'm cool with a Zootopia sequel though.

Crime fighting duo, classic odd-couple trope. Bunny wants to do everything by the book, but Fox is the man on the street with the connections, cuts corners. Hopefully they'll subtly poke fun at the trope in some way.

I'm sure there will be the classic police chief arse-chewing at some point, something So I married an Axe Murderer made fun of so well.

I saw a rumor that Disney wants to put a Zootopia area in Animal Kingdom which would make sense if they did a sequel.

TS4 screwed up the perfect animated trilogy

The TS3 ending was fantastic and it would have been fine left at that. I didn't want a TS4, but they killed that ending too. Woody's story arc came full circle. It was a perfect ending for his character in particular.

Already a gay character in Frozen (Elsa) and the snow man is voiced by a Gad who is an activist.

It would go against the original vision of the park, but the guy who designed that park (and set that vision) "retired" and is now helping build spaceships for either Richard Branson or Elon Musk.

But they're doing a Zootopia land in Shanghai right now. It will probably be the pattern they use in Animal Kingdom. That Dinosaur part of the park it pretty bad and does nothing to thin out the crowd in the other areas.

They don't care. EPCOT started off as educational. It mostly pure "entertainment" now.

It was good but Toy Story 3 is an all time animated movie, it was the perfect ending to the story.

Impossible to top 3.
