Breaking Bad. I made it all the way to the final season, but stopped watching it midway through. I have no idea how it ends, and haven't had the desire to find out.

That is the first one I thought of. I watched S3 and have no desire to watch the last season eventhougg the show was just fine.

You can probably throw “Stranger Things” on that list whenever that show comes back

Countless examples.
And another part of it is once you fall off it’s very hard to jump back on, even when you’re running out of things to watch or rewatching other old things.

I tend to do this a lot.

Recently it was Outlander. I've read the books, and was excited to hear about the show. I made it to season 3, episode 5 and then quit.

I never finished Mad Men or Boardwalk Empire either, although I liked both of those.

All the time. Binging TV shows has kind of ruined a lot of them for me.

I haven't watched the last 2 episodes of Peaky Blinders after binging it during the lockdown. Work picked back up and I just never got around to finishing it. Very strange for me bc I've never not finished a show or movie I started.

Its a weird phenomenon.

Really liked the first season of Continuum and the lead was a babe plus rare SciFi.

But 1 episode into the 2nd season, I just didn't care and didn't want to watch it or get more invested.

Novelty wears off.

I understand why people mentioned Burn Notice as well, not this same shite again.

I think shows that have an overriding plot (gotta clear my name or gotta get home) but every episode is a side plot that derails the main objective gets old real fast.

All of them except for Game of Thrones. I've never watched another popular series all the way through. That includes many of the best.

Breaking Bad
The Sopranos
Man in the High Castle
The Americans
West World
V
Etc.

Money Heist for me. Loved season 1, and for whatever reason I just am never in the mood to start season 2. And I have no idea why

Well a series and a number of them. I was binging Cobra Kai and I just couldn't watch it anymore. Same for Stranger Things. And I was tempted to with Ozark. Jack Ryan season 2. Narcos Mexico though I'd like to get back to that one.

Breaking Bad.

I quit when Krysten Ritter was going to die. I liked her character. That's why she got an encore in El Camino. She became a star.

I love the Black list and have watched every available episode.....but it is wearing on me. They need to payoff some the damn teasing they have built up. Like who the hell is the person playing Reddington. I have come to believe its actually her mother that became a transexual!

Peaky Blinders
Man in High Castle
Criminal Minds

I wanted to like Peaky Blinders. Something about his stretch in depression just made me hit the X on it. I was just like...enough.

Man in High Castle...something about the guys son being sent away just was so absurd I just had enough. As if the time travel wasn’t enough for me to hit the X. Have no idea where this went.

Criminal minds I just got tired of them bringing Prentiss back. I hated her almost as much as Penelope.

Community. I started binging it at the beginning of Corona & loved it. I still love it. Now that Office isn't on netflix I actually throw Community on to fall asleep to.

With that being said, I watched the episode where Troy left and never made it past that. No reason as to why I just haven't finished it. If I wake up and it's past that episode I just start it over again at season 1.

House of Cards. I started it late after it was a couple seasons in, and crushed the first season and the first 2-3 episodes of season 2. Then never watched it again, and I'm not sure why.

Peaky Blinders for some reason. Liked it but never could finish it.
This was another one for me. Binged the first couple seasons, then waited for the new season. When it finally came out, I postponed it to watch other things, and just never got around to it.

It's a big problem for me in the "binging" era. I'm probably better off waiting to start some shows until after the season finale.
