Damon Lindelof is a shitty writer

Just a random thought but I have absolutely hated everything the guy has written. I think he’s a fricking hack to be honest. Prometheus was beyond retarded, It was obvious he had no idea what he was doing with Lost and made shite up on the fly, and Watchmen is truly one of the worst fricking things I have ever watched.
I know people talk up the leftovers, but nah. frick Damon Lindelof. Also his soy boy face pisses me off.

He did gloriously shite all over George RR Martin though after sitting on it for a decade when Martin had the balls to say Lindelof couldn’t write an ending. Just the balls of Sir Too Fat To Write a Book of all people to say that, it was great when right after the final frame of that show Lindelof just went to town on him.

Remember when you bookreaders were always so proud of yourselves for the time & money you gave to GRRM, and always being sure you knew what would happen next in the show?

Hey the way I look at it is that those books are still amazing. I have come to accept the fact that the series will not finish, but hey I can always say the A Storm of Swords is one of the greatest novels ever written and I don't ever regret reading it.

Which coincided with the massive departures from the source material.
There was drift from the beginning but season five was a mix of “we’re not using what was in the books” and “shite, we’re out of established material”.
All the Iron Islands shite in the last two books was mind numbingly boring but it was better than the way Dorne was handled by the series.

The characters in Prometheus were so fricking stupid, they would’ve never been let on an a expedition into space to begin with.
