Sly Stallone proving he can act and Ray Liotta stealing the show. Really great ensemble cast; the dirty cops were awesome.

All kinds of fun. Loved it at the time, love it now in part because NYC casting turned up so many people who ended up on The Sopranos from Edie Falco (Carmela) to Frank Vincent (Phil Leotardo) to the guy who played Beansie.
DeNiro was pulling chunks of scenery out of his teeth in a lot of those scenes and it was wonderful.

Filmed in and around the town I grew up in. Fort Lee and Edgewater NJ. Great movie, but my friends and I were borderline obsessed w/ Copland b/c of the filming locations.
