The symbolism of the trailer isn’t lost on me.

The little girls smashing their baby dolls after seeing Barbie.

“Hey little girl, don’t aspire to be a nurturing mother….be like this hot, materialistic slut instead!”

How can you not be hoping for "The Nice Guys" follow-up movie?

Let me know when there's a rated R Barbie movie with Margot Robbie. I'll watch that.

I would think that a Pixar spinoff movie from Toy Story with Barbi and Ken would have been better.

I would have watched that

Q: Why isn't there a pregnant Barbie?

A: Because Ken comes in a different box.

That trailer was objectively bad.

It was a teaser, not a trailer.

Holy shite that trailer. Fantastic concept and perfectly shot and executed.

Agreed, very well done!

People are jumping to criticize this movie ITT. It was a great teaser. The 2001 reference is firmly tongue in cheek and the twist of the music to the peppy score to go with the overly colorful few teaser shots of the film itself is great.

Im right there with you. I also never cared for Freddie Prinze Jr or Hugh Grant in anything either.

Agreed. That movie is no where near my wheelhouse as far as the type of movie I'd go to but I thought that teaser was clever and well done.
