re: Avengers Infinity War Trailer 2

I've read all kinds of interesting theories of its whereabouts, but I think it will probably be the driving force for IW4, and give enough reason for Captain Marvel, and hopefully, Adam Warlock, to show up. I wouldn't be surprised if the Captain Marvel movie deals with the soul stone to some extent. Her 90's-era story is cosmic from what I understand, so it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities.

I just can't figure how the soul stone would have arrived on earth basically encased in a meteor before striking the planet. The very nature of the stone.. one would think it would be in it's proper place, a place/person that recognizes its power.

EDIT: speaking of some wild theories, I thought this one was pretty funny- albeit grasping for straws: Someone pointed out that Tony Stark is the embodiment of the Soul Stone because Howard Stark created him with it, which was the meaning of Howard's message to Tony, "You are my greatest creation" in IM2. I think the theory started when some posters were released with a MCU character in front of a respective stone. Each Stone had it's obvious related character(Cap for Space, Strange for Time, etc) but the poster for the Soul had Iron Man in front of it?

If Mad Magazine was writing a parody of this story, they'd put the "Soul" Stone in Wakanda.

That scene really makes me think Cap is going to die and Bucky will take over

The brilliance of that scene is that it manages to simultaneously show the strength of Cap and Thanos.
