It literally reads like an "MCU-adjusted" version of the Marvel 2015 Secret Wars timeline (not to be confused with the comic of the same name from the 80s).
So I would argue it does sound like fan fiction, at least up front - someone with a base knowledge of how that story arc goes.

As an xmen comic book nerd in actually like this plot. We'll get battle world and the secret wars that's epic. The largest marvel crossover ever.
It didn't sound bad. But every marvel movie some leak comes out and just the time they aren't correct.

What's an Incursion exactly? I'll admit I haven't kept up with all things MCU since Endgame, but this feels like something that would need to have been at least foreshadowed. And maybe it was, I just didn't watch the right movie.

Nevermind. I just googled it and apparently it was a big plot point in Dr. Strange, but even though I watched that I don't really remember it.
