This is looking more and more to be true. If so, what a shitshow.
Hollywood needs to fire 90% of their writers and producers and other slapdick's that are churning out these turds.

I mean I’ll watch. But it ended with endgame

People will rush to call this fake but it doesn't read like basic fan fiction at all. Whether it's real or not, it's built like an actual screenplay treatment thay has asetup, payoff, character motivations, interconnected plot threads, etc.
Most fake leaks are just a list of cameos and "this cool shite happens" that is generic and not really cool at all . But this one actually understands narrative structure even if it's trash. None are ever this detailed so I wouldn't be surprised if this was legit.

And it’ll be labeled superhero fatigue but it’s really big budget, studio fatigue. The studios have ripped away any artistic or storytelling ability from these projects. They’re also ruining creatives reputations in the process.

They are going to reboot the MCU anyway. I don’t know that any logical person thought they’d be able to bring back the magic. Hopefully this and Secret Wars are a somewhat entertaining send off.
Personally. Im just looking forward to the next iteration of the X-men.

I like Marvel, I enjoy the multiverse stuff in the comics, and I've made the argument the whole point/artistic medium of comic books involves just watching superheroes be put in all these wild situations and watching what they do. That's the point.
If this is true, this sounds awful. Completely uninteresting.

I stopped reading after "It opens with Tobey Maguire fighting Deadpool" and don't need to read any more to know your comment is accurate.

Yessss. What If, Elseworlds, Marvels version of Sliders, I eat all of that up.
Just do that in film. One shot films with a great story. You’ll get the super hero movie fans plus the fans fatigued with following a large connected universe.

Live action up to endgame was great but it was bound to fall apart eventually. With animation the characters never age. But Downey has been in marvel for nearly 20 years now. He’s old. The others are aging. So it makes it hard to keep the momentum, outside of just saying
“We’re done! Endgame was the end of that universe…. We will now take a look at a different universe where we have the same characters but different actors and the stories are different”

This multiverse shite has got to end. It's objectively terrible and is impossible to do well. Eliminates all stakes and invites all kinds of stupid bullshite and garbage fan service

Multiverse works well for comic books, but is terrible for movies and series.

It's the equivalent of this
"And then Iron man killed Luke Skywalker and Goku...only for John Cena's music to start playing!! Whoosh whoosh whoosh, they battle it out at Hell in a Cell only for GODZILLA to show up!!"

Are they doing all of this in one movie or will it be broken up into different parts?

We need common sense Hollywood reform.

I heard about this a few weeks ago. Marvel isn’t killing a child.

A couple of things that make me skeptical. Marvel brings back Steve Rodgers just so they can kill off his and Peggys kid? Nah
And they reunite Thor and Loki just so the can off Loki again? Thor has lost Padme, Odin, Mom, Asguard now Loki again? Jesus, give the guy a break.
