Misdirection jet sweep or a TE leak pass.

Well first, I'm gonna sub half my oline with 10sec left on the play clock, then audible. That will confuse the defense into subing. Then while getting set I'll have my center just hike the ball as time is expiring while my qb is looking off to the sidelines. The genius of the play is that the defense will have 17 men on the field giving us an untimed down to run the real play of toss dive LEFT., they'll never expect it.

Mahomes and Kelce just doing their thing is probably the safest bet.
And their thing....will be....

What are you calling?
Depends entirely on the defense and your own personnel, but I'm probably running a rub route or short scissors concept.
If I've got a good matchup out wide, the pivot/zig/whip whatever you want to call it is pretty impossible to cover in 4 yards against a quick receiver. It won Alabama the 4OT Iron Bowl

Shot gun.
Receivers "A" and "B" and TE lined up to the left on the strong side.
Extra OL reporting to the official and in the slot on the strong side.
One back behind the QB.
"OMAHA! OMAHA! HUT!"
Quick dart hits the H-Back behind the line of scrimmage (who was in motion right.)
H-Back hits a lonely TE crossing over to the weakside because of blown coverage and both the Weak Side LB and SS rushing the H-Back.
(Touchdown. Fireworks and End Zone Dancing commence.)
Practice made perfect.
Now I'm going for two.

You had the Jax jaguars coaches wife’s for this. That was your talent. Will do it next time was going to create a play and see if I could get it in an actual game. The board failed.

Mike Leach's 4th and Dwarf play. You put a little person in, hand them the ball and throw them over the line into the endzone.
Dammit...too late. Beat to the punch.

Carl Smith shotgun draw, lose 5 yards. Or Les Miles toss dive, 3 yards and a cloud of dust coming up short.

Spread formation 2WR on each side
Outside WRs run to the back of the end zone on in routes, slot receivers run zigs, RB runs a wheel on a slight delay so that they can chip if the other team brings pressure. If the middle clears out after the WRs running a zig break outside I want my QB to hit a gap and take off with it toward the end zone.

Probably depends on what personnel I have. The strength of the defense. The quarter/time on the clock.
If I just had to give an answer, I'd say a play call where 2 receivers are going across the middle, my outside receiver for a goal line fade in the corner, my halfblack block for 2 seconds then proceed to the flat.
Hopefully somebody gets open. If this is a win or go home play, if no one gets open, then try to force the goal line fade. Hopefully the defender does a pass interference maybe.

Overload the boundary side with 13 personnel (3 TE's on one side, bootleg to the weak side, leak out the blocking TE on a curl route.
