Would you watch soccer if the US won 28-7 tonight?

Tried. The worst injury ever flopping every 20 seconds only to miraculously be fine 3 seconds after getting up makes it very difficult to watch.

You're embellishing here more than Paraguay did.

Don't be a bitch.

The deep south is the last frontier for soccer. Don't worry though, in due time, it will take over.

No matter how hard you force it on people no one will watch soccer unless you are forced to watch in a group setting.

If someone offered me 20 bucks or that we would win the World Cup I’d probably take the 20 bucks

I’m profoundly poor though

It's in America, the crowd is hype, and it's in the middle of summer, so why not try to get into it, and I'm no soccer fan in the least. My nephews are really good at soccer, so I try to catch some of their games to show support, but it's the most boring shite ever.

No. No matter how much a goal is worth, the same difficulty to score is still the same.

Soccer is a sad reminder that many Latin Americans still can't afford baseball equipment

I’ll watch anything the Americans have a team in

Seems like we have a lot more youth and energy compare to past years

Soccer sells to the vast majority of Americans like most Olympic sports...Once every four years on a hyped patriotic stage.

Once its over...people in Seattle aren't now convinced to go watch Sounders over the Seahawks.

Carryover effect has never happened as was promised when we last hosted the WC in 1994. Because the game itself is not really why people are watching once every 4 years.

Why do people try so hard to get Americans that aren't big soccer fans to be America's version of hooligans? Why do you care? Most of us are sports fans and patriotic so we give it a shot. Its just not for everyone, thats ok. I doubt people in Portugal give a frick about American football and thats OK also.
