That dude looks like he was in the dugout smoking his 3rd blunt and got told to pinch hit.

That was one of the best postseason games I can remember

I'm still trying to comprehend the last play. OF bobbled it, the runner rounding 3rd tripped and the catcher missed the ball and it rolled off into the netting, runner ends up being safe

I don’t want to see Jansen again unless they have at least a 4 run lead

That smug looking/acting mgr. deserves it !
Posted on 10/24/20 at 11:30 pm to Tigerbait357
Yeah good for Phillips but him running to third like that was boneheaded.
Posted on 10/24/20 at 11:30 pm to WestSideTiger
How did Jansen blow the save this time?
Posted on 10/24/20 at 11:30 pm to 632627
Jansen shouldn't be allowed to dress out.

Dodgers are such choke artists the last 5 years.

first and second, blooper into right center
chris taylor bobbles the ball a little as hes fielding it so arozarena makes an awful decision to go for home to win the game
the dodgers have arozarena out by so much, that he literally falls down in an attempt to put the breaks on
will smith however, in an attempt to just cover home as quickly as possible, doesnt watch the relay throw from seager(?) into the glove and lets the ball by him. arozarena then basically crawls home

That was his first career postseason hit...in the World Series.
There is nothing better to describe the Rays organization than that.

He threw a hittable pitch way ahead in the count
But Dave Roberts is literally the most snake bit manager in playoff history
He could literally lose 32 coin flips in a row
He correctly realized that pitching to the hottest hitter on the planet would turn out better for him than pitching around him, but it happened anyway
I have never witnessed such bad pitching management with such good arms equalled with bad luck at any level of baseball
