They have no choice but to let Kantor and White play or the NBA goes to court and gets arse blasted on their behalf. The NBA Ownwers will either tell them to let white and Kantor play, or give a massive public apology admitting they were wrong
I can’t imagine they are willing to get drug through court for this shite

If they allow one tranny in the league, they’re done. Because men will eventually take over the whole league. No female is good enough to play in a men’s league and they know it. Will be interesting to watch the backtracking on all the lgbt stuff they’ve made the league about.

They didn’t make a decision on what a woman is at their meeting because they are going to have to gather all their lawyers and Frankenstein that shite into words in a way that can exclude Kantner and White, but still include males like those in your OP.

I agree. In this era of inclusion, they will try to exclude anyone that doesn’t fit their idea of a trans. They just have to find a way to define the whole thing. I’m not sure they can without opening up to a lawsuit.

The trans issue is something that has been defended for far too long and the only way to blow it up is for 2 NBA players to join the WNBA.
Trans (men to women) is more detrimental to real women’s rights and opportunities than women to men. If more men wanted their 15 minutes of fame public exposure to prove the point, all women’s sports and opportunities would end.

Regardless, it shouldn’t be THAT hard for anyone like Kanter and White to figure out how to do get around it. Short of getting snipped or having some “create a vagina” surgery which wouldn’t lend itself to high level physical activity anyway.
The funny thing is the pro trans in woman’s sports coalition has usually pushed back against the get a physical to ensure biological genitalia argument but they will likely have to go in this direction to exclude who they want to exclude.

Regardless of what happens moving forward, the headline is that a women's organization still held an emergency meeting to define what a woman is, and couldn't figure it out. And the majority of women in that meeting likely consider themselves to be feminists.
