Reid’s playoff frequency is extremely impressive in today’s day and age

Jeff Fisher. He's the definition of consistency.

Fyi...Belichick was not a good coach with Vinny in Cleveland.
So he might be the 2nd best.

Probably Marvin Lewis he got the Bengals to playoffs a bunch of times somehow.

1 super bowl and 1 nfc championship does not qualify him for that. huge stats is not the goal of the nfl.

Andy Reid has probably been more consistent for a longer amount of time, but other than him and Bill, I don't see any other coaches who have DEFINITELY done better than Payton in that timeframe.

the jury is still out on Sean Payton in terms of not having Drew Brees

John Harbaugh has managed to win nearly 60% of his games over 11+ seasons, including 10 playoff victories and a Super Bowl, all while never having an elite QB.

The Browns last playoff win is still when Bill was the coach.

Reid is very impressive but he needs to seal the deal in the playoffs. 5 straight NFC championship appearances or w/e was nice but...

I would go Coughlin. He had the Jags on the brink and then won 2 rings with the Giants. Alot of meh inbetween. But he's coached around 20 seasons and went to the playoffs like 9 of those seasons..
