I would ban QB runs.
I want to watch passing game not throwing RBs whos WRs only get open when the DB thinks it’s a scramble.

I’m not sure but I’d probably try to do something to make the last 2 minutes of a basketball game NOT last 45 minutes of real time

Didn't the XFL do a pretty good job with this just by starting each side like 10 yards apart from each other vs getting a full head of steam for murder (returner and kicker excluded)

I'd just get rid of kickoffs all together.

I hate the NFL playoff system.
I would go back to the #1 and #2 seeds in the NFL both having a bye. I think the #1 having a bye AND home field is too much advantage over the #2. I would also have just two WC teams and seeding would be determined by record.
Winning a terrible division with a losing record should not guarantee a home playoff, and two best teams being in the same division should not mean that the second team can’t be seeded higher than fifth.
The new system may or may not be better from a money or fan entertainment standpoint, but I think it’s shite from a competitive standpoint.

All college sports: three year commitment for everyone, from players all the way up to the AD. Transferring or changing jobs is a one year suspension.
NHL - get rid of the trapezoid
NBA - Flopping becomes a reviewable foul. Penalty is an automatic ejection followed by a suspension that escalates for each offense.
NFL - No more spot fouls for DPI.
