I’d have a uniform outfield measurement for all collegiate, and professional venues for all baseball and softball sports.

I’d reduce the number of playoff teams in the big 4 sports so the regular season would matter more.

No more bailout timeouts in basketball when a player is trapped, can't get the ball in within 5 seconds or falls on the floor/is falling out of bounds.
