Super Bowl Feels Tainted Now

Bad calls/ missed calls are as part of sports as athlete also make mistakes. Refs are human. Get over it.

Oh I don’t care. It’s been a couple years since I watched the ESPYs. I just feel like it would be funny if the Rams won when they don’t deserve to be in the Super Bowl in the first place.

Agree that Boston or Clemson should win.

Really? You think all of the Kaepernick bullshite and it's fallout over the last few seasons has been a net positive or net negative for ticket sales and viewership of the NFL over the last few seasons?

Or, to be fair, irrelevant, which I'm assuming is why you would make that case?

People may have cared last year. This year it was basically a non-issue.

I also think it’s dumber to care more about the kneeling than the domestic abuse.

Can we get a list of people “not watching” the Super Bowl and then compare it to the posts by those same people when the game comes around

People still talk about the tuck rule to this day. But that wasn’t as obvious as this one. I don’t mind losing to a team, I can accept it. The Rams are really good. I can’t accept the refs missing something THIS obvious. We don’t have a history of some great team, we don’t make it to the super bowl, much less the NFC title game all the time. This was probably it for us. And it ended in the shittiest way possible. That’s why there is so much frustration involved. If Brees were like 32 then whatever, we’d have more chances. It’s a sickening feeling. Yea, we do feel robbed. Anyone in this situation would feel the same exact way.

The only way the SB would be tainted would be if the Saints played in it.

the tuck rule game is/was a bullshite disaster. this only seems worse cause it happened to yall and it happened three days ago. they will be viewed equal in the near future

absolutely. i understand why yall feel this way. i dont agree with the notion that the rams win is illegitimate or fraudulent. but i do understand why saints fans feel that way and i would have a hard time not feeling the same if it happened to any team that i follow

Well the tuck rule was the right call according to the rule book but I know people don’t want to hear that

There’s no interesting storylines here,

High octane Rams offense vs the Pat's

Youngest coach ever in a Super Bowl looking to unseat the Pats

LA vs Boston

Yeah no storylines

If they called that a fumble and the clock ran out think anyone would have said it was in incomplete pass because of the “tuck rule?”
