Actually, it is a new rule...it just went into effect as well...it used to be 36.

I got to know when WordPress 4.7.infinity comes out update every WordPress site I've built I got to know what versions of mysql won't work with laravel 5 and this piggly wiggly looking motherfricker makes millions a year and he can't remember that u can't give a dude who came in the NBA the same year as yo Ming, mike dunleavy Jr and amare stoudimare a four year contract

Its a rule that should not even be a rule. It prevents salary cap frickwads like morey from stretching out guaranteed money then buying them out later. Shot why not give him a five year fifteen mil contract. Its why no one likes Houston at least why I don't
