I like Simmons. Good player although the Spurs factor is always a concern.
Go take a look at his stats. They aren't as good as you think.

Same, I'd take him at 3 years 26.5 mil (full MLE). Some team is going to offer a poison pill type deal probably, though.

That makes it not as good of a signing if they lose Simmons.
