This clown finds a way to twist his way into anyone’s story.

Nobody loves them some Tim Brando like Tim Brando does.

Truly a self-absorbed fop.

This just seems like a nice tribute to a guy he liked working with who he’s reminded of by the Brewers winning?

This thread seems overly negative.

I'm actually shocked he didn't crowbar one of his daughters into the post

I don't think most would disagree that it's well-wishing and nice. The complaint makes more sense in the broader context of the Brandoverse, wherein the post's complimentary nature is more obviously overshadowed by the self-servitude.

I used to be a dealer at a casino. Tim brando sat down and talked about himself for hours. fricking count isn't enough to describe him. Even worse a buddy of mine was in a golf tournament. Brando was his celebrity partner.

The Brando hate is weird. I’m glad for the Brewers as well. As an Astros and Saints fan I understand what they have been through.

Is that making the Brewer’s championship about me?

DID YOU KNOW HE WAS THE FIRST HOST OF COLLEGE GAMEDAY?!?!

In all seriousness, he was a staple of SEC on CBS in my youth, and was a good studio guy in that role, but as time has gone on he’s deteriorated into a legitimate dumb arse.

Just randomly strange takes on X.com these days, with the occasional hey I broke 80 today post.

If it was anyone else, you would be right.

But Timmy B is a known serial narcissist.

A person’s X account can’t be used to talk about themselves? Not sure I see the issue. Not like he is making these statements at the teams victory parade. He’s giving props to Ernie and Milwaukee.

Ha! Old Timmy B. is the most prolific name dropper in the business, only one who ever did it more was Pat O'Brien and I think his was a bit.....but Tim wants you to know who he knows.

Same here, I think he did local radio first locally, then hooked up with Ch. 9 and then got on with ESPN - was happy for him, local boy done good and always pulled for him and happy to see him work his way up through the ranks.

Then they started running his syndicated radio show here in B.R. and I guess when you get to hear a guy for an extended period of time, like on a 2-Hour radio show I would listen while in my car on a sales job I had.....you get a good idea of who he is.

And for me it changed by whole outlook and opinion on him.
