OK, I’ve put way too much time into this breaking it down, but from what I can tell our boy Ryan comes in as a result of a guy going after a lady who went on the court.
After the initial ruckus between the players, what I assume is coaches come out to break it up.
Then a lady comes in from the lower right part of the screen, headed out onto the court.
A guy in a dark top and dark pants and a baseball cap comes from the lower left of the screen and confronts her. It looks like he might’ve even put a hand on her, though not very forcefully.
He was definitely up in her face.
Ryan comes in hot from lower right corner off screen and tangles up with the guy confronting the lady. A guy wearing short sleeved dark shirt immediately grabs him from behind. This fracas moves away from the camera and eventually towards the right side of the frame. The guy in the dark clothes is led off with someone bear hugging him from behind to the left of the screen, but he is clearly still upset.
Ryan on the other hand, has two or three dudes around him, including the short sleeved guy who initially grabbed him. It appears he went down at least to a knee. He is still red hot, and fighting to get back at the dude in the original dust up. I’m guessing it’s a security officer in a dark top and khaki pants who comes from lower left off screen and hits him with the taser. Short sleeve dark top lets him go just before, so I’m assuming there was some kind of warning.
Ryan then goes down like a falling redwood.
The game was definitely over for him.

The losers were down 18 points. Even 5 vs 8 isn't that much of a difference.

I broke it down just like you did and I've come to the conclusion that Ryan had that shite coming. Outside of the (relatively small) altercation between the lady and the dude in the hat everyone was mostly acting responsibly and just trying to break the fight between the two kids up. Then Ryan comes into it like a goddamned mad man and just wouldn't let things go.
I'd like to think that Ryan experienced a small existential crisis in those seconds that he was immobile and lying face down on an elementary school basketball court, but let's be real, Ryan doesn't fricking think.

Oh, absolutely agree. Sorry if it came across otherwise. I was just curious what led up to the tasing, and why just that one guy got to ride the lightning . He went full berserker (as much as an out of shape middle aged dude can).

I’d like to offer up an alternative take on causation of such spectacles that is often overlooked and rarely discussed: middle school concessions at games.
They are often unavailable and, if they are, offer little more than some weird opportunity to sell Girl Scout cookies and poorly-made, lukewarm lemonade- all overpriced.
This kind of substandard fare could certainly lead to all kinds of aggravation that can manifest in such displays as shown on the broadcast.
