It’s just weird because by not stopping the progress they allowed him to go back behind the line of scrimmage, which then made the “handoff” legal
offense shouldn’t get an advantage for getting blown up and driven backward
they already have the rule in place you can’t forward the ball forward and advance it for that exact play as well

You can’t actually see him cross the LOS in the replay I saw on Twitter. He is basically standing on top of the LOS line. I would say he is passed but it’s not enough to overturn
