Yes they played their true freshman last night and struggled. But they relied on their defense and still won the game. Tate Rodemaker was not playing bad by any means and by New Year’s Day will be ready to go. It’s HARD to go 13-0, you have to endure a lot of adversity especially in the P5. FSU overcame all of that and still was told, nope it’s still not enough. Nasty work by the committee

Any SEC fan or alum not happy that our Brothers in Alabama made it really have some soul searching to do imo.

The FSU team that would have played in the playoff games would not be the same team that played Louisville yesterday.
The QB would get a lot of practice snaps and the coaches would have time to game plan.

ACC is crap, FSU played a soft schedule.
HERE'S THE REAL DEAL...........Bama is 3.5 point favs over Mich. here is another deal, you know Bama is better than FSU. So, why not quit the Bama hate, which shows more about you then anything else, most SEC fans pull for the other conference teams, nit LSU haters.
Kinda weird tbh. When did we became a conference who weren't SEC, SEC, SEC?

They have an NFL caliber defense. LSU went to a title game with Jordan fricking Jefferson.
There is not an elite quarterback left in the playoffs. Their defense could wreck havoc against anyone out there.

I would be infuriated if I was an FSU fan, but late-season performance has historically carried more weight than early-season. They are not the same time that started the season.

The playoff has no credibility. You can’t have an undefeated power 5 team missing it when there are 2 teams with losses in the playoff.

Michigan has a game where their QB threw the ball 8 times for 60 yards against a top 10 team.
And 4 games without a TD pass.
Since we are basing it on QB play… they shouldn’t be in.
