They used the media and their friends in it to convince us that Dylan Moses was "next" as an 8th grader...

They get all their talent from the Baton Rouge Rams and the big money parents/Alumni just pay their tuition... So I've been told

Definitely. They should probably be nationally ranked.

They might be. Borderline Top 25.

Mahaffey

Didn't take time to celebrate as he had to be at the pee-wee superbowls the next morning recruiting.

Transitive property at its finest. Only one way to find out but that'll never happen.

It's not transitive property

One team lost

Won team bear everybody (including crushing the team that beat team a)

It's clear who wears the crown

They've been good a lot longer than 1 year but the junior class is pretty special.

Any truth to the rumor that Gordon McKernan held tryouts and then paid for several kids tuitions so they could play for U High?

They just appeared to be on another level this year after losing 5 the previous year.

Injuries and youth killed them last season. When healthy they actually had state champion St Thomas More on the ropes in the Semis last year.

McKernan types are definitely footing the bill for tuition. Really wish Uhigh would cool it with all of this. They've gone "all in". They were recruiting a co-workers daughter for basketball smh

Check out the demographics at the lab school by grade. The small grades are all lily white tuition footers then all of a sudden you get to late junior high and high school and it turns into an athletic factory.

Mahaffey a good coach?

Oh yea, he's a pretty great offensive mastermind. You have to give credit to Martin on the Defensive side too. Supposedly he's really turned up the complexity of the playbook since I graduated

Lafayette Christian opened like 5 years ago and just went straight to factory mode. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even hold classes.

That's really why we have the split... Public schools have to meet so many standards and have such a bureaucracy

I guess the only question is whether they're better than Catholic-NI

I guess we'll never know

Lets just say they're both the best
