Get a storage unit. Have your kids pick a few toys/things to have until the house sells. Put the rest in storage. Do the same if you have extra furniture or your rooms are crowded. Too much stuff makes the house look cluttered and smaller. Keeping it clean and uncluttered will go a long way....
