It kind of irritates me that they specify it only applies when a man seduces a woman. Like the other way around is fine.

Yeah, but it might cause complications regarding the firing being for cause.
I.E. - Is it really "for cause" if they tacitly allowed him to continue coaching AFTER they knew about the infraction?
