I'd be fine rolling with Howard or Allar. Give them experience, suffer for.a year, and get some draft picks closer to the top of the order instead of consistently being one and done in the playoffs and picking towards the latter part of the rounds. We're not going to do shite this year anyway.

Maybe Penn St's offense held him back but he feels like the heir apparent to Mason Rudolph.

Statistically, his numbers were good (not great) but his overall positive impact was fairly low.

He is now a game manager throwing short passes with few big plays and poor 3rd down efficiency. Not being critical, but I would expect more of the same.
